Job summary

Maximus is seeking an Application SME + Trainer to provide subject matter expertise and training support for the JCC2-R application. The role emphasizes developing and delivering comprehensive operator-level and instructor-level curriculum while supporting documentation and integration efforts.

This remote position requires a TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly, may involve 10–20% travel, and is contingent upon final contract award.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the functional area.
• Subject matter expert in the JCC2-R application and workflows.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training materials.
• Ability to create and maintain online curriculum tailored to operator-level and instructor-level audiences.
• Experience supporting JCC2 or similar DoD mission application training environments.
• Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI Poly required.
• Role may require travel to a site 10-20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct training and instruction to personnel as instructed by JCC2.
• Develop and deliver direct training and instruction for JCC2-R.
• Maintain and update JCC2-R documents and online curriculum.
