Job summary

Maximus is seeking an experienced Application SME + Trainer to provide subject matter expertise and comprehensive training support for the JCC2-R application. The role includes developing and delivering training, maintaining online curricula, and ensuring both operator and instructor materials are included.

This remote position requires TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly. The job is contingent upon contract award and position availability, with occasional travel 10–20% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Ability to create and maintain online curriculum for operator and instructor audiences.
• Experience supporting JCC2 or similar DoD mission training environments.

Job description

The Application SME + Trainer provides subject matter expertise and application training support for the JCC2-R application. This role is responsible for supporting application sustainment engineering, documentation support (maintain and update JCC2-R documents), integration work, and training support to JCC2 third-party Field Application Engineering training contractors. Develops and delivers direct training and instruction to personnel as instructed by JCC2. Supports review of online training suites for the JCC2-R application and modifies them as necessary, up to and including creation of a completely original online curriculum. Ensures training includes basic operator-level and in-depth instructor-level curriculum. Instructor training provides students with the knowledge and materials to deliver operator-level training themselves.

This position is contingent upon contract award and position availability. Selected candidates will receive a contingent offer of employment, which will become final only upon successful contract award to Maximus, availability of the position, and receipt of authorization to proceed.

This is a remote position and requires a TS/SCI clearance.
