Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in application, product, or software security.
• Familiar with the OWASP Top 10 and how common vulnerabilities manifest in real production environments.
• Strong written communicator who can explain security reasoning clearly.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on async, task-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze realistic application security scenarios spanning code, APIs, authentication flows, and system behavior.
• Classify and triage vulnerabilities—from injection flaws and auth bypasses to business logic issues.
• Evaluate the quality of secure coding practices and proposed remediation strategies.
• Create and validate security-focused reasoning datasets that teach AI how to assess application risk.
• Distinguish genuinely exploitable vulnerabilities from theoretical or low-impact findings.
• Provide structured, clearly written security analysis that AI systems can learn from.
