Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Network & Infrastructure Security Analyst (AI Training) to analyze complex security scenarios and help train AI models on real-world data. This remote hourly role fits 10–40 hours per week and focuses on security controls, datasets, and clear explanations of root causes.

You will review firewalls, EDRs, IAM, and SIEMs, translating incidents into actionable insights for frontier AI development. Independence and detail-orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in network, infrastructure, or endpoint security roles.
• Familiar with firewalls, EDR, IAM, SIEMs and enterprise tooling.
• Ability to break down complex security issues into clear explanations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze network, endpoint, and email security scenarios from enterprise environments.
• Review firewall, EDR, and infrastructure security cases to diagnose issues.
• Classify incidents, misconfigurations, and control failures from operational data.
• Create, label, and validate security datasets used to train AI systems.
• Articulate root causes, attack paths, and business impact clearly.
