Alignerr is seeking a Cloud Security Analyst (AI Training) to join a remote hourly contract role focused on real‑world cloud misconfigurations, IAM failures, and production incidents. You will help train AI security models across AWS, GCP, and Azure from a remote setting.

Responsibilities include reviewing configurations, identifying gaps, and providing expert feedback to improve AI reasoning about cloud threats, with flexible hours (10–40 per week) and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with cloud environments in production.

Responsibilities

• Analyze real-world cloud security scenarios across AWS, GCP, and Azure to identify risks and failure patterns.
• Review IAM policies, networking configurations, storage settings, and container security issues.
• Classify security gaps, misconfigurations, and cloud-related failures based on real-world impact and blast radius.
• Evaluate and improve AI-generated security reasoning to ensure it reflects how cloud incidents actually unfold.
• Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI systems reason more accurately about cloud threats.
