What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement and manage superior technology solutions for clients, ensuring successful utilization of products
- Lead new clients through the implementation process, addressing issues and training users on system setup and maintenance
- Conduct business analysis, including gap analysis and requirements elicitation, to align client needs with organizational goals
- Configure applications based on clients' business processes and industry best practices
- Oversee user acceptance testing and change management processes, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all organizational levels
- Experience working with both business and IT groups
- Must be willing to travel an average of 50% of the time within North America
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to client engagement

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in system configuration
- Knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with Customer Information System (CIS) processes and functionality
- Experience providing software implementation to the utility industry
