Job summary

Tenet Healthcare seeks an Application Analyst to support athenaCollector across ambulatory departments and specialties. You will manage configuration, onboarding, and issue resolution to ensure timely billing and compliant claim submission.

You will coordinate with revenue cycle, operations, clinical, and vendor teams to maintain accurate system settings, testing, and rollout activities. Strong service orientation and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare billing and revenue cycle workflows preferred.
• Ability to configure and maintain application settings and tables.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage daily operational activities for athenaCollector, including monitoring, configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Serve as primary contact for customer requests, incidents, and application support with timely updates.
• Configure administrative tables such as medical groups, providers, and departments and manage billing settings.
• Support onboarding/offboarding of providers and departments for go-live readiness.
• Create, test, and implement dictionaries, tables, rules, and workflow configurations.
• Investigate and resolve claim, payment, denial, remittance, and A/R workflow issues.
• Coordinate updates of charge, fee, and contracted-rate information across athenaCollector and connected systems.
• Support payer enrollment, provider numbers, and credentialing-related configuration issues.
