Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 4+ years of engineering experience in a product development environment.
• Solid backend experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on use of AI coding assistants or agentic dev tools in production workflows.
• Motivation to adopt AI-driven workflows and tackle AI-related prompts.
• Ability to critically assess AI output.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, AWS EC2, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GraphQL desirable.
• Hands-on ReactJS experience is a plus.
• Experience with Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate specifications and acceptance criteria into tested, reviewable changes with AI tooling.
• Use AI coding assistants throughout the SDLC while owning correctness, security, and maintainability.
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated code against domain requirements and security standards.
• Prototype AI-assisted features for developer productivity and client capabilities.
• Develop deep domain expertise in claims and RCM to accelerate triage and coordination.
• Contribute to design reviews, agile ceremonies, testing strategy, and code review norms.
• Mentor engineers on responsible AI use and prompt design.
