Republic Services is seeking an Application Administrator to configure and support key business software, acting as a bridge between IT and business users. You will mentor junior staff, document processes, and drive IT projects that improve applications and user satisfaction.

The role is remote, with 2–4 years of relevant experience in administering and supporting end-user applications, and a pay range of $75,100–$103,300. DOE and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 2 years of business systems analytical experience with ability to flow chart processes.
• 2 years of experience with SQL.
• Experience working with an off-shore development and QA team.
• Experience writing reports, business correspondence and procedures manuals.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support complex software applications for end users.
• Act as primary IT contact for assigned business areas on configuration projects.
• Partner to diagnose and resolve complex application issues escalated by team members.
• Coach and mentor newer team members and document resolutions.
