Job summary

Ultipro seeks an experienced IT professional to plan and administer complex enterprise applications. You will support system administration, user provisioning, incident response, and change management to enable efficient business processes.

Responsibilities include coordinating project activities, analyzing issues, and driving enhancements in ITSM platforms like BMC Helix or ServiceNow. Travel and after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or equivalent work experience.
• 5-8 years of related IT experience including requirements gathering and spec writing.
• Experience with enterprise ITSM tools such as BMC Helix or ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Provide applications system implementation, management and support.
• Analyze user needs and coordinate changes to automated systems.
• Develop project plans and direct activities for a family of applications.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure final sign-off on system changes.
• Monitor ITSM tools and drive timely ticket resolution.
• Create and maintain technical support documentation.
