Job summary

MAXIMUS seeks an Appian Developer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade applications on the Appian platform. You will work in an Agile/SAFe environment to build secure integrations, optimize SQL data models, and implement scalable process models.

The position is remote in the United States, with eligibility for a Public Trust clearance and U.S. Citizenship required. A Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in Appian development are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of professional experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Appian development experience (v17.x or higher).
• Proficiency in SQL, Relational Databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure complex enterprise applications using Appian components (SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, Web APIs).
• Design and implement secure integrations using RESTful APIs and authentication patterns.
• Perform SQL data modeling and database design.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Appian applications for performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• AI & AI/ML/LLM integration familiarity, Appian AI exposure.
