Job summary

Varsity Spirit is seeking a Fashion Sales Representative to drive territory sales in the Anderson/Greenville region of South Carolina in a hybrid, home-office setup. You will meet with coaches, conduct fittings, and promote Varsity products to schools and organizations.

You will travel locally, build relationships, and provide fashion guidance while aiming to exceed sales goals. The role includes recruitment for summer camp brands and a strong emphasis on in-home office organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business education or related field preferred
• Industry Experience preferred
• Experience in an administrative support role for at least 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prospect for territory sales
• Conduct consults and fittings with coaches and their athletes
• Meet & exceed assigned territory sales goals
• Provide honest and confident feedback about style and fit
• Travel to appointments within the territory
