Varsity Spirit is seeking a driven Fashion Sales Representative for the Nassau County, NY area. This outside sales role blends in-person client meetings, fittings with coaches and athletes, and a strong emphasis on fashion solutions.

The position operates in a hybrid setting with travel across local schools and events. You will develop territory plans, meet sales goals, and promote Varsity products through consultative selling.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in sales or related environment is beneficial.
• Industry experience in cheer/dance is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and prospect for territory sales.
• Conduct consults and fittings with coaches and athletes.
• Meet or exceed territory sales goals.
• Provide feedback on style and fit to customers.
• Build product knowledge and maintain relationships.
• Travel within territory to client appointments.
• Excel in a home-office work setup.
• Recruit for summer camp brands.
