Job summary

Varsity Spirit, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Hybrid Fashion Sales Representative to drive territory sales and build lasting relationships with local schools and clubs in North Carolina. You will engage with coaches, assess needs, and promote Varsity products through consultative selling.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fashion-forward sales environment, communicates effectively, and is comfortable traveling within the territory to maximize opportunities and meet or exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and meet clients.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prospect for territory sales.
• Conduct consults and fittings with coaches and their athletes.
• Meet and exceed assigned territory sales goals.
• Provide honest and confident feedback about style and fit.
• Seek fashion and product knowledge to build your expertise.
• Travel to appointments within the territory.
