Job summary

Varsity Spirit, a Varsity Brands company, seeks a Fashion Sales Representative to drive territory sales across local schools and events. The role combines in-home office work with frequent in-person meetings, fittings, and consultative selling to groups and athletes.

Qualified candidates will have strong communication skills, cheer/dance knowledge, and the ability to travel within the Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties. Evening/weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of cheer and dance industry.
• Willingness to learn product construction, technicalities and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prospect for territory sales within Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties.
• Conduct consults and fittings with coaches and athletes.
• Meet and exceed territory sales goals.
• Provide honest feedback on style and fit.
• Build product knowledge to advise customers effectively.
• Travel to appointments in the territory and maintain relationships.
• Excel in a home-office environment and recruit for summer camp brands.
