Job summary

SeatGeek seeks a Technical Architect to align integration requirements with the SeatGeek platform, support onboarding, and serve as a SME on APIs and capabilities. You will guide technical discovery, credential guidance, and rollout of new platform features for clients, partners, and internal teams.

You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Implementations, and Data Services to ensure scalable, well-documented processes and consistent integration patterns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical solutions/implementation/architecture/integration role.
• 5+ years of client-facing experience; able to lead meetings and gather requirements.
• Experience with APIs, authentication/credentialing workflows, and third-party integrations.
• Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation or implementation guidance.
• Ability to assess requirements, identify risks/dependencies, and propose a sensible path forward.
• Experience working in a remote, dispersed, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of client requirements, integrations, SeatGeek system config, and technical touchpoints for outcomes.
• Develop knowledge of SeatGeek APIs, platform capabilities, and workflows to support internal teams and partners.
• Lead discovery for new third-party integrations and API requirements; assess fit and gaps.
• Own third-party integration solutions and ensure change requests are documented and supported.
• Collaborate with external partners and client-facing teams on configuration and complex scenarios.
• Assess new requests against existing processes, best practices, and platform constraints.
• Support delivery, rollout, validation, and documentation of new functionality including testing support.
• Manage and support technical access and provisioning workflows (Developer Portal, Ringside, OAuth, etc.).
• Onboard and provide steady-state ownership for Ringside and similar access patterns.
• Review scripts, gaps, and bespoke scenarios; provide solutions and best practices.
• Create and improve documentation, blueprints, templates, onboarding notes, and process guides.
• Provide product/integration knowledge to internal teams guiding recurring questions.
• Help standardize and improve integration handling and internal processes.
