Job summary

Kele Inc. in Memphis, TN hires a Technical Integration Advisor to own the API layer enabling automated access to product data and purchasing. You will lead production incidents, shape integration architectures, and work across ERP, CRM, PIM, and e‑commerce systems within an Agile team.

You will develop in Angular and .NET Core, manage Azure-based services, and use AI tools to accelerate delivery while ensuring secure, scalable integrations for customers and internal apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong C#/.NET Core and Angular with production API ownership.
• Experience designing API gateways or middleware.
• SQL Server / Transact-SQL knowledge and API integration.
• Azure experience including App services and managed APIs.
• API security fundamentals and OAuth/SSO knowledge.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/PIM/e-commerce integrations.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
• Agile/Scrum team experience and leading ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve API gateway as the primary data and purchasing channel.
• Design and build integration solutions across ERP, CRM, PIM, and e‑commerce.
• Connect APIs to on‑prem SQL and migrate toward cloud data platforms.
• Host and manage APIs on Azure, incl. Container Apps and Entra ID.
• Own security architecture and coordinate with IT security on controls.
• Develop, test, debug, and support production code in Angular/.NET Core.
• Lead production incidents to resolution and communicate status clearly.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive sprint planning and demos.
• Plan end-to-end integration initiatives with risk and timelines.
