Job summary

SeatGeek is seeking a Technical Architect to guide client and partner integrations across the SeatGeek platform. You will align requirements with the right integration approach, support onboarding, and act as a SME for APIs and platform capabilities.

The role spans technical discovery, credential guidance, product change management, and documentation ownership, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams. Remote-friendly with flexible patterns for work setup.

Qualifications

• Experience working with APIs and credentialing workflows.
• Ability to document processes and guidance for others.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of client requirements and integration touchpoints.
• Lead discovery for third-party integrations and API requirements.
• Own third-party integration solutions and internal workflows.
• Support onboarding, testing, and documentation of new functionality.
• Manage provisioning workflows and Ringside access patterns.
• Create scalable technical documentation and onboarding notes.
