Job summary

Summit Healthcare is seeking a Data Interface Analyst to provide server support for incident resolution and requests reported to the help desk. This remote, full-time position involves triage, research, and resolution of interface issues across SHA’s infrastructure.

The role requires collaboration with IT and clinical informatics teams, logging incidents, maintaining the solutions database, and ensuring outages and maintenance are communicated to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years experience in relevant field.
• Associate's degree in computer science related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced support for SHA interface infrastructure.
• Acts as SME for interface projects and ensures compliance with SHA policies.
• Logs incidents and requests; routes to appropriate resources when needed.
• Responds to help desk tickets and communicates outages and maintenances to stakeholders.
• Maintains and updates the SHA solutions database.
