Job summary

Summit Healthcare Association is seeking a Data Interface Analyst to provide server support and incident resolution for SHA interface infrastructure. This remote role from Show Low, AZ focuses on triage, information gathering, and guiding IT leadership on problems and solutions.

You will own SHA's interface products such as Corepoint, ELink, and ISS, manage incident logs, update the knowledge base, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years experience in relevant field.
• Experience with API technologies and interface products.
• Knowledge of SHA interface products and healthcare IT systems.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced support for SHA interface infrastructure.
• Acts as subject matter expert for interface projects and maintains best practices.
• Logs, resolves, and escalates incidents and requests as needed.
• Documents progress, communicates updates to stakeholders promptly.
• Maintains the solutions database and updates incident records.
• Develops mastery of Corepoint, ELink, ISS, and API technologies.
