Job summary

Johnson Controls Federal Systems seeks a Large Project Executive to lead healthcare facility programs across the Asia Pacific region, including Japan, Korea, and Guam. You will drive multi-site construction and retrofit projects, manage cost estimates, and deliver results for major medical facilities.

This role requires high-level project management, subcontractor coordination, and the ability to travel up to 50% while coordinating with federal agencies and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in healthcare facility construction/renovation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large projects ($50M+) across sites.
• Strong construction management and program delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Johnson Controls Federal projects across South Korea, Japan, Guam.
• Develop program management plans and monitor progress against plans.
• Present performance updates to Executive Management.
