Job summary

Supabase is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to grow our customer base of developer-first startups. You will own the full sales cycle, conduct technical discovery, and partner with Sales Engineers and Product to showcase capabilities.

This role thrives in fast-paced, open-source environments and offers remote work with global teams. You'll educate customers on how Supabase fits into their stack, build a strong pipeline, and aim to consistently exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar technical sales role.
• Strong understanding of developer workflows or infrastructure products.
• Ability to run a creative, value-driven sales process.
• Comfortable talking to founders, engineers and technical buyers.
• Bilingual; Japanese and English (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from lead to close.
• Run technical discovery and align on business outcomes.
• Partner with Sales Engineers and Product to demo capabilities.
