Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Analytics Specialist Solution Engineer (Tableau) for its Consumer Business Services vertical. The role focuses on solving complex business problems with analytics and AI, using Tableau, CRM Analytics, and Tableau Next to demonstrate value to customers.

You’ll partner with account and analytics sales teams to deliver technical demonstrations, build custom analytics solutions, and guide clients through data-driven transformations across Salesforce platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Hands-on Tableau, CRM Analytics, or Tableau Next experience; data visualization and self-service analytics basics.
Knowledge of databases, web tech, and data modeling is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to present to varied audiences.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements and team events.

Responsibilities

Align innovative analytics solutions to customer technology challenges in CBS accounts.
Lead business development, operations strategy, and product demos as a trusted advisor.
Define ambiguous business problems through research and drive practical next steps.
Evaluate solutions to influence customer decision-making and drive ongoing value.
Demonstrate connected, data-driven experiences via demos and rapid prototyping.
Build customized dashboards/demos for multiple personas showing value of Salesforce/ Tableau.
Advise on customer data and analytics architecture within Salesforce and Tableau solutions.
