Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Analytics Specialist Solution Engineer (Tableau) to support the Consumer Business Services vertical. You\'ll help customers solve complex problems with analytics and AI, delivering compelling demos and architectures across Salesforce and Tableau.

This role blends technical sales, design thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. Remote or hybrid work options are available, with preference for the NYC/Boston hubs and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/SE/Data Science or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, CRM Analytics, or Tableau Next.
• Knowledge of relational databases, data visualization, and dashboards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work with diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Align innovative solutions to CBS account challenges with multi-product tech solutions.
• Lead business development, operations strategy, and product demonstrations.
• Define business problems through research and drive practical next steps.
• Develop decision frameworks to guide client decisions and value.
• Demonstrate connected, data-driven experiences via demos and rapid prototyping.
• Build customized demonstrations for multiple personas to show value.
• Advise on customer data and analytics architecture relevant to Tableau.
• Participate in product, sales, and training to stay current.
• Collaborate with sales and analytics teams to maximize value.
