• Align innovative solutions with CBS accounts and multi-product tech across Salesforce
• Lead business development, operations strategy, and product demos
• Define ambiguous business problems and recommend next steps
• Evaluate solutions and drive stakeholder consensus
• Deliver data-driven demos and prototypes with Salesforce/Tableau
• Create demonstrations for multiple personas
• Advise on customer data/analytics architecture
• Complete product, sales, and training certifications
