Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Data Science, or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, CRM Analytics, or Tableau Next
• Knowledge of relational databases and web technologies
• Strong oral and written communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and engage with technical and executive audiences
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements and team events

Responsibilities

• Align innovative solutions to technology challenges within CBS accounts, collaborating with clients and internal teams
• Handle business development, operations strategy, and product demonstrations as a trusted advisor
• Define ambiguous business problems through research and assessment, propose practical next steps
• Drive stakeholder consensus and build decision frameworks that deliver value
• Demonstrate connected, data-driven experiences through demos and rapid prototyping with Salesforce/Tableau
• Build customized solutions and demonstrations for multiple personas
• Advise on customer data and analytics architecture related to Salesforce and Tableau solutions
• Participate in training and certifications to maintain knowledge and effectiveness
