Job summary

Fluence Energy, LLC is seeking an Analytics & Reporting Lead in Technology, Data & Analytics. This role is responsible for defining and implementing analytics tools for SAP, leading an analytics team, and building pipelines to our data lake and data warehouse.

You will document requirements, design and deploy SAP reporting, and mentor onshore and offshore teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 7 years in analytics, including 5 years with SAP Business Objects and Tableau, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
7 years of experience in reporting and analytics.
5 years with SAP Business Objects, Tableau.
Experience with SAP Analytics Applications: SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects, SAC, and SAP BW.

Responsibilities

Define and implement analytics tools for SAP, including reporting and SAC.
Lead analytics team to design best-in-class analytics solutions for the business.
Build pipelines to data lake / data warehouse.
Document requirements; analyze information; propose and execute solutions.
Lead design, development, and support of SAP reporting and analytics solutions.
Lead SAP reporting and analytics support team onshore and offshore.
Collaborate with QA on test plans and automation.
Create training, product, and solution documentation.
Provide training to internal teams on integration solutions.
Support help desk and business on technical issues.
