Job summary

Fluence Energy, LLC is seeking an Analytics & Reporting Lead to define and implement SAP-driven analytics across the business. You will lead a team, build data pipelines to our data lake and data warehouse, and translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions.

The role emphasizes SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP HANA, Tableau, and Business Objects, with onshore/offshore collaboration and hands-on training for internal teams. Remote work permitted; US-based preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related technical field with 7+ years of experience in reporting and analytics.
Experience with SAP Analytics applications (HANA, Business Objects, SAC, BW) and Tableau.
Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
Ability to lead standardized methodologies across SAP Analytics platforms and other BI tools.

Responsibilities

Define and implement analytics tools for SAP, including Standard Reporting, Analysis for Office, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP HANA, and SAP Business Objects.
Lead analytics team to design best-in-class analytics solutions to support the business.
Build pipelines to data lake / data warehouse and document business requirements.
Lead design, development, implementation, training and support of SAP Reporting and analytics solutions.
Coordinate onshore/offshore analytics support and collaborate with QA for test plans and automation.
