Fluence is seeking an Analytics & Reporting Lead to own analytics solutions across SAP and allied platforms. The role leads an onshore/offshore analytics team, designs data pipelines, and aligns reporting with business requirements to empower insights across the organization.

Responsibilities include SAP reporting development, analytics solution design, training and documentation, and ongoing support for data integration and testing activities. Remote-friendly with competitive salary.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, computer engineering or related technical field.
7+ years of experience in reporting and analytics.
Experience with SAP Business Objects and Tableau.
Experience with SAP Analytics Applications: SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects, SAC, and SAP BW.
Data analysis, SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
Lead standardized methodologies across SAP Analytics apps and similar platforms.

Responsabilidades

Define and implement analytics tools for SAP, including Standard Reporting, Analysis for Office, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP HANA, and SAP Business Objects.
Lead analytics team to design best-in-class analytics solutions to support the business.
Build pipelines to data lake / data warehouse.
Analyze business requirements and propose and execute technology solutions.
Lead SAP reporting and analytics support team onshore and offshore.
Collaborate with QA on test plans and automation; assist with training materials.
