Job summary

Alan, the new standard in prevention insurance, is hiring in France. The Insurance Team builds differentiating products and manages risk across multiple countries, partnering with data scientists, engineers and product managers.

You will price and develop proposals for very large corporate clients and public institutions, serve as a trusted technical advisor, design compliant insurance products, support key accounts, and create scalable tools for sales teams.

Qualifications

• Navigate technical, data, legal and business considerations related to health and income protection insurance.
• 2 years of Health and/or Prevoyance Insurance experience is a plus but not required.
• Analytical and structured with a fact-based decision-making style.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Price and develop compelling proposals for very large corporate clients and public institutions.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor in client meetings, delivering expert insights that build confidence in our solutions.
• Design insurance products meeting member needs and regulatory requirements.
• Support key account managers in nurturing and renewing our most strategic client relationships.
• Develop scalable tools, frameworks and knowledge resources that empower further our sales teams.
