Описание: Alan integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single user experience. It partners with more than 40,000 companies and serves over 1 million members, building a new standard in prevention insurance.

Задачи

• Build Alan’s business plan to increase enterprise value through profitable growth, margin expansion, and cost efficiency
• Analyze go-to-market, pricing, margins, resource allocation, and operating leverage
• Monitor financial and operational performance, identify value drivers and opportunities, and adjust plans
• Build and automate monthly performance deep-dives with Finance Frame and implement high-impact initiatives, including procurement tools and pricing
• Drive targeted explorations, including M&A, transformative partnerships, and competitive intelligence
• Contribute to investor relations and financing, including Board meeting preparation, fundraising, and external communications
• Build, improve, and maintain financial planning and performance-monitoring tools with Data, Business, and Finance teams
• Work with Finance Operations to produce and interpret monthly financial performance and deliver specific projects

Требования

• More than 1 year of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a similar role at a top tech scale-up
• Excellent financial modeling skills
• Fluent in English and French
• Strong interest in working closely with other teams and understanding their operational details
• Experience working with C-level executives
• Hands-on approach and ability to drive projects end-to-end, from framing through tool implementation and communication
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
