Job summary

Jobgether SRL in the United States is seeking a Strategy & Operations Analyst II to translate business requirements into scalable reporting, dashboards, and data models within a remote team.

You will collaborate with Network Infrastructure, Colocation, Planning, Capacity, and Finance, automate reporting, and enable self-service access to critical metrics while applying AI tools to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or related field.
• Strong SQL skills and experience analyzing large datasets.
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets for analysis and validation.
• Experience with data and system integrations and data movement.
• Experience creating dashboards and visuals using Tableau.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift).
• Practical experience with AI tools (GitHub Copilot or Claude).
• Strong communication to translate requirements into analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with infrastructure and planning teams to understand metrics and priorities.
• Build and improve analytics solutions: dashboards, reports, data models, data processes.
• Automate recurring reporting and enable self-service access to metrics.
• Write SQL and combine data from multiple sources for analysis.
• Develop data pipelines and models for analytics use cases.
• Create clear visualizations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support data quality and governance across functions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve automation and efficiency.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to improve workflows.
