Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking an Assistant Analyst – Customer & Digital Insight & Analytics to develop and maintain dashboards, analyze customer and digital data, and support data-driven decision making across Customer, Digital, Product, and Technology teams.

You will collaborate with Product, Customer, Digital, and Technology teams to deliver timely insights, support reporting assets, and contribute to AI-enabled analytics initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in analytics, reporting, BI or related field.
• Strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI, Digital Analytics and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Analyze customer and digital data to identify trends and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into analytics.
• Maintain reports and dashboards to support evolving priorities.
• Support AI-enabled analytics tools and self-service reporting.
• Ensure data quality and resolve reporting discrepancies.
• Communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Help track milestones and measure performance.
