Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Analyst – Customer & Digital Insight & Analytics to support reporting, dashboards, and insights that drive customer understanding and business performance.

You will work with Product, Customer, Digital, and Technology teams to maintain reporting assets, develop dashboards, and ensure timely, accurate insights for decision makers across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in analytics, reporting, BI.
• Strong SQL, Power BI, digital analytics, Excel skills.
• Experience creating reports or dashboards to answer business questions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate with technical and business partners.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of customer-facing and digital metrics and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Excel, and other enterprise analytics tools.
• Support the curation and maintenance of reporting assets with visibility into customer engagement and digital performance.
• Analyze customer and digital data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and KPI drivers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
• Maintain reports and dashboards to support evolving business priorities.
• Support development of models, AI agents, and self-service analytics tools.
• Collaborate with data engineering to leverage enterprise data platforms and ensure data reliability.
• Monitor data quality and resolve reporting discrepancies.
• Assist with milestone tracking and performance measurement processes.
• Communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes and analytics best practices.
