Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Analyst – Product Facing Insight & Analytics to transform product data into actionable insights across Product Facing teams.

You will develop dashboards with Power BI and Excel, manage reporting assets, and partner with Product and Technology to deliver scalable analytics solutions. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, communication with both technical and business partners, and the ability to drive data‑driven decisions in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related area.
• Strong technical skills in: Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Excel.
• Experience building dashboards and translating business questions into visualizations and insights.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel and other analytics tools.
• Curate and manage reporting assets that provide visibility into product performance and milestones.
• Analyze product‑facing data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and drivers.
• Partner with Product and Technology teams to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
• Maintain updates to reports and tools to support evolving ways of working across Product Teams.
• Support the development and maintenance of models, agents, and tools for self‑service analytics.
• Collaborate with data engineering to leverage enterprise data platforms and ensure data reliability.
• Monitor and validate data quality and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate findings and business impacts to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes and analytics practices.
