Convene Hospitality Group is hiring Analytics Engineers to build the data platform from ingestion to visualization. You will define the semantic layer, build models with dbt, and power ThoughtSpot and other tools for cross-functional decisions.

You will partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations, own data ingestion, model data across bronze/silver/gold, and ensure data quality with tests and governance. Remote-friendly role in US East Coast preferred.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or BI development.
• Strong SQL skills and production dbt experience.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (prefer Snowflake).
• Experience with ELT ingestion tools like Fivetran.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, and venue teams to understand needs and build trusted models and metrics.
• Own ingestion for domains: maintain Fivetran connectors, land data in bronze, handle drift and loads.
• Model data through bronze, silver, and gold with dbt.
• Define semantic layer: metrics, dimensions, relationships, and consistent definitions.
• Build ThoughtSpot models and Liveboards for self-service analytics.
• Maintain quality of conversational analytics with golden question sets and regression tests.
• Apply governance: tagging, masking, and access policies.
• Monitor data freshness and pipeline health; optimize performance and costs.
• Collaborate with AI agents: specify tasks and review outputs.
• Share learnings and help set playbooks for agentic data work.
