Job summary

Convene Hospitality Group seeks a hands-on data engineering lead to own the data platform end to end, driving architecture, governance, and AI-first modernization. You will guide analytics engineers, shape semantic layers, and ensure quality and access across the organization.

The role requires 7+ years in data engineering/architecture, with experience leading teams and AI agents, and a strong emphasis on observability and health of data services.
