Job summary

Smile Partners USA is searching for an experienced Analytics Engineer to design and optimize data platforms, pipelines and models enabling trusted analytics across the business.

You’ll collaborate with technical and business teams to translate needs into scalable, governed data solutions using cloud technologies such as Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, and Fabric.

This remote role focuses on ETL/ELT, data quality, security and documentation, with exposure to HIPAA and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience designing, developing and maintaining data pipelines or platforms.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database optimization.
• Experience with ETL/ELT development, data modeling and integration.
• Understanding of data engineering principles and modern analytics architectures.
• Experience with relational and cloud-based data platforms.
• Excellent problem solving and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration processes.
• Build and optimize data models supporting reporting analytics and self-service BI.
• Work with Fabric, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory and other enterprise data technologies.
• Ensure data is accurate, reliable, secure and accessible through data governance.
• Monitor pipelines to identify performance and reliability issues and troubleshoot.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions.
• Support analytics initiatives by providing clean, structured data and documentation.
