Job summary

Smile Partners USA is seeking an Analytics Engineer to design, develop and optimize modern data platforms, pipelines and models enabling trusted analytics across the business.

You will collaborate with technical and business teams, implement ETL/ELT processes, ensure data quality and governance, and leverage Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and Azure data tools to support enterprise reporting and self-service BI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing, developing and maintaining data pipelines and/or enterprise data platforms.
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience with DB optimization.
• Experience with ETL/ELT development, data modeling and data integration.
• Understanding of data engineering fundamentals and modern analytics architectures.
• Experience with relational and cloud-based data platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration processes.
• Build and optimize data models supporting enterprise reporting, analytics, and self-service BI.
• Work with platforms like Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, and other enterprise data technologies.
• Ensure data is accurate, reliable, secure, and accessible via data governance practices.
• Monitor pipelines for performance and reliability, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with analytics developers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Automate data workflows and improve efficiency and scalability.
