Job summary

Factored is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to design, develop, and maintain the data infrastructure and analytics solutions that power our operations. This is a fully remote role with collaboration across cross-functional teams.

You will work closely with data scientists and analysts to implement data-driven models, transformations, and visualizations using state-of-the-art data tools and best practices. Strong communication in English is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics or analytics engineering.
• Proficient in ETL design and data modeling.
• Strong Python, SQL, and T-SQL skills.
• Experience with Azure Synapse, Snowflake, and PowerBI.
• Experience with version control and CI/CD for analytics.
• Excellent English communication.
