Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field and 5+ years in analytics/data engineering or BI.
• Experience owning analytical data products end-to-end across data domains.
• Strong SQL, dbt, data modeling, and data governance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into well-structured data models and metrics.
• Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable analytical data products.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define data contracts and requirements.
• Improve data quality, governance, discoverability, and metadata.
• Build and operate data pipelines with version control, CI/CD, and testing.
• Mentor teammates on data modeling and engineering best practices.
