Qualifications

• Degree in CS, IS or related field.
• 5+ years as a data engineer or developer in a tech company.
• Advanced Python skills with API integration experience.
• Databricks experience for data warehousing and reporting.
• Familiarity with Anaplan, Salesforce, Workday, Zuora APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own Anaplan system architecture for sales incentive compensation across all units.
• Design and maintain Databricks data warehouse architecture and reporting backend.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines (Fivetran, Python/SQL) across systems.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and GitLab repository administration.
• Ensure SOX-compliant data pipelines with governance and change controls.
• Extend AI stack and integrate Claude Code for end-user reporting apps in Databricks.
• Collaborate with business partners to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
