Job summary

Pennant Group is seeking an Analytics Engineer to help build and optimize our enterprise data platform across senior living, home health, hospice, and home care. In this role, you will partner with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to develop scalable data models, trusted datasets, and analytics solutions that support reporting, operational excellence, and AI-driven decision-making.

Based in a hybrid setting (Eagle, ID or Salt Lake City, UT), you will collaborate with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years in Analytics Engineering, Data Warehousing, BI, or Data Analytics.
Advanced SQL skills.
Hands-on experience with dbt.
Experience with dimensional data modeling and data governance.
Snowflake experience preferred.
Healthcare data experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable data warehouse models.
Develop and support dbt transformation pipelines and automated testing.
Translate business requirements into trusted analytics solutions.
Optimize SQL queries and data models for performance and scalability.
Support data quality, governance, lineage, and documentation initiatives.
Create semantic models and business metrics for reporting.
Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to solve complex data challenges.
