Tucows is seeking an Analytics Engineer to drive data-driven decision making across the organization. You will build and optimize data models in Snowflake, create efficient pipelines with dbt, and develop Looker dashboards to communicate insights.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product and engineering teams, applying AI/ML/NLP techniques to analytics, and automating workflows with Python, Airflow, and Docker. A strong data governance mindset is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field is required? or equivalent experience.
• Strong SQL skills with large-scale datasets and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with dbt, Snowflake, and Looker for analytics and BI.

• Design and maintain data models in Snowflake and develop robust data pipelines using dbt.
• Build Looker dashboards and LookML models; enable natural-language insights.
