Job summary

ComputerCare is seeking a data operations lead to maintain and scale Snowflake data warehouses, data pipelines, and BI layers. You will own integrations from NetSuite and Jira and advance the BI stack toward Tableau/Looker, while partnering with the COO to deliver dashboards and insights.

You will establish data quality metrics, governance standards, and automate recurring reporting, transforming manual processes into repeatable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Snowflake data warehouse, transformations, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Ability to design and maintain data integration from NetSuite, Jira, and custom apps.
• Strong understanding of BI layer ownership and potential migration to Tableau or Looker.
• Collaborative partner to translate operational goals into dashboards and insights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, optimize, and scale Snowflake data warehouse, transformation layer, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Build and operate integrations from NetSuite, Jira, and custom apps, ensuring reliable data arrival.
• Own BI layer (HEX), with opportunity to migrate to Tableau or Looker.
• Partner with COO to turn operational goals into dashboards and insights.
• Establish trusted metric definitions, documentation, and testing standards.
• Maintain metric dictionary and clearly communicate data limitations.
• Take ownership of recurring reports, SLA reporting, and client review data.
• Build repeatable, automated solutions replacing manual processes.
