MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a Manager of Home Center Analytics Enablement to translate business questions into scalable analytics solutions and to govern reusable analytics assets. You will lead Power BI semantic models, collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Finance, and Engineering, and promote self‑service analytics across functions.

You will define requirements, validate data, prioritize the analytics roadmap, and drive adoption with training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Power BI proficiency; Tableau/SQL/Snowflake preferred.

Responsabilités

• Translate business questions into scalable analytics solutions.
• Define KPIs, data lineage, and reporting standards.
• Build Power BI semantic models, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, Demand Management, Engineering, and BI partners.
• Ensure data quality and governance and promote self‑service analytics.
