Job summary

Providence is seeking a Manager Analytics Business Intelligence to lead the RCS Analytics Products team, delivering dashboards, reports, models, and data extracts with accountability for product health and content relevance. This role is remote, full-time, and focused on healthcare analytics across the region.

The position requires strong SQL and BI tool experience, plus leadership in BI delivery and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, CS, Business Admin, Health Admin, Public Health, Public Admin or related field or 4+ years healthcare data analytics experience.
• 4 years Hands-on experience with SQL and/or a BI tool.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RCS Analytics Products team focused on delivery and health of analytics-focused products.
• Develop, maintain dashboards, reports, models, and data extracts to support operations and decision making.
• Remain hands-on to ensure close touch with content and technology while effectively delegating.
