Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of healthcare data analytics experience.
• 4 years Hands‑on experience with SQL and/or a BI tool.
• Master's degree in data science, analytics, finance, or related discipline (preferred).
• Epic Certifications upon hire (preferred).
• 5 years progressively increasing management responsibility with report/dashboard delivery, BI, analytics.
• 5 years project management, change management, facilitation, business transformation, and process improvement methodologies.
• 3 years Revenue Cycle experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the RCS Analytics Products team focused on delivery and health of analytics-focused products.
• Develop, maintain and ensure integrity of dashboards, reports, models and data extracts.
• Delegates while remaining hands-on to stay close to content and technology.
