Job summary

Providence is seeking a Manager Analytics Business Intelligence to lead the RCS Analytics Products team, delivering dashboards, reports, models, and data extracts. The role blends hands-on work with strong delegation to ensure analytics content and tech remain robust, reliable, and scalable in a remote setting.

The position focuses on the health and delivery of analytics products published by the team, with responsibilities spanning content, technology, and process improvement in health care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative or healthcare field or 4+ years of healthcare data analytics experience.
• 4 years hands-on experience with SQL and/or a BI tool.
• Epic Certifications (preferred on hire).
• 5 years in management with report/dashboard delivery and BI analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Revenue Cycle Analytics team focused on analytics products upkeep and delivery.
• Ensure the integrity and maintenance of dashboards, reports, models, and extracts.
• Balance hands-on work with effective delegation to maintain content and technology.
• Support content delivery and drive continuous improvement in BI solutions.
