Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking an Analyst, Tech. Operations Government Programs to join our team.

This role focuses on executing Government Programs processes accurately and in compliance with CMS regulations, contributing to efficient operations and accurate reporting. You will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to address actions, problems, and ensure timely issue resolution while maintaining program documentation and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Associate Degree in business related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (2 years experience, or 4 years with high school).
• 1+ years’ work experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical claims adjudication systems, retail pharmacy, or health plan organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute Government Programs processes accurately and in compliance with CMS regulations.
• Manage enrollment administration oversight, eligibility, and reporting tasks.
• Document processes and update as needed; assist SMEs with technical specifications.
• Research and resolve errors; coordinate with State/Federal agencies, employers, clients, and vendors.
• May require working outside normal hours to meet deadlines.
